Some of the class legal machine operations listed below:


Cylinder Block:
We clean, check core shifts, magnaflux, fill water jacket, align hone the mains, measure and parallel deck the block, equal deck heights and set to spec, bore and hone block with a torque plate, hone cylinders to Sehr custom “mirror finish “, deburr block and hone lifter bores, tap all bolt holes, clean block, and install race cam bearings. Ask about our Sehr ultimate block prep upgrades!

Crankshaft:
Clean and magnaflux the crank, deburr and shotpeened, index ground to desired stroke, balanced to assembly, and micropollished.

Connecting Rods:
Cleaned and magnafluxed, check for straightness and flaws, shotpeened, equal length he rods, reconditioned with ARP bolts, and final prepped.

Cylinder Heads:
We clean and magnaflux the heads, check for flaws in ports and chambers, fix and correct guides, set seat placement, custom three angle legal valve job, set and cut stainless steel valves, cc combustion chambers, set and equal volumes, heads flowed, (super stock heads are ported, flowed and port cc’d), heads deburred, springs set up, and final assembled.

Engine Assembly:
Our team of expert assemblers will assembly wash all components, measure all bearing clearances, set all ring gaps, measure deck heights, measure and set side clearances, degree in and set cam shaft, check and measure piston to valve clearances, professionally clearance and assemble engine, check and set rocker geometry, set valve lash, custom fit intake manifold, prime and check final oil pressure.
